Golfing social media sensations, the F0re Brothers have made two major announcements in the last 48 hours that have fans celebrating. The Wiltshire based brothers have been revealed as the latest big-money signing by golfing equipment sales supremo’s, American Golf.
As you would expect, the announcement was made on social media first. We have yet to receive the official press release from either side. American Golf posted this statement on their official Instagram account;
“The biggest signing of Deadline Day 👀
We’re delighted to welcome @f0rebr0thers to the American Golf team 😍 Look out for some big things from our newest ambassadors in the coming weeks and months ✍️ #TransferDeadlineDay“
Wider F0re Br0thers ambassador brands joined in
One of the first comments on the American Golf Instagram post came from the brothers themselves and then one of their fellow brand collaborators, Reflo. The brand poked fun that consumers cannot (yet) buy their brand in the American Golf stores. We have a feeling that this may change very soon thanks to the commercially savvy nature of the social media golfing legends.
New F0re Br0thers tournament event announced as well
If that was not enough, the brothers themselves then made their own huge announcement. Fresh from the success of their first public tournament at The Belfry in early 2024, they have arranged a second one.
The follow up event will be held at a resort very close to GolfTimes.co.uk HQ, Celtic Manor. Tickets go on sale on September 4th at 7pm and will cost £399.
Paddy from the F0re Br0thers had an exclusive chat with GolfTimes
We were lucky enough to grab a few moments with Patrick “Paddy” from F0re Br0thers to get his thoughts on the two major announcements.
“It is amazing to announce our partnership with American Golf. We have so much fun creating content and the guys at American Golf are right up our street, super laid back and very much up for any ideas we throw at them which is why it was a no brainer to sign with them.
We’re also really excited to have American Golf become more involved with our brand as a whole. Looking towards our next event at Celtic Manor it’s going to allow us to level up everything, making it a bigger and better experience overall!”
So it looks like the golf brand giant is going to be heavily involved with the brothers further scaling up their operation. This can only be a good thing for golf fans everywhere given how much the three lads bring to the game.
The brothers commercial success continues to grow
The F0reBr0thers may now be down to just three, but their commercial clout shows no sign of slowing down. Since they raced onto the golfing social media scene in 2022 they have worked with major brands. The likes of SkyTV, Disney, Reflo and Callaway have also signed big deals with the lads.
2024 has seen them continue to grow their social media channels with 210k of followers on Instagram, 123k of subscribers on YouTube and nearly 300k followers on TikTok. We caught up with them in late 2023 to see just how the got their big break. They worked tirelessly to build a huge and engaged audience which helps to explain how they have clocked up nearly 16m likes over on their TikTok alone.
F0re Br0thers a massive hit at 2024 UK LIV Golf tournament
If further evidence was needed of the F0re Br0thers appeal across the wide range of the golfing community their recent LIV Golf appearance showed how popular they are. Fans swamped the brothers when they made a guest appearance at the famous JCB golf course in Uttoxeter for the UK LIV Golf event.
As we have covered elsewhere, the LIV Golf event in Staffordshire was a massive success. It further emphasised the fun that the super-rich golf-tour challenger brand brings to the game. Having the F0re Br0thers there really reinforced what LIV Golf is bringing to the golfing party.
Those of us in the media section were hoping to get a few words with the lads but they were besieged throughout their time at the Bamford-family-owned golf course by autograph hunters and people wanting to say hello. You can see why big brands like American Golf are queuing to sign them up and tap into that golf community momentum.
