April 3 2024 UPDATE — Tickets for the F0re Br0thers first ever golf event that is being held at The Belfry sold out within 45 minutes of going on sale! The Brothers live streamed the tickets going on sale via their Instagram and TikTok channels. Over 100 of the limited edition tickets were sold within 10 minutes.
We are hoping to get along to report on the event and see how it goes, we can’t wait!
The Belfry Hotel and Golf Resort in Birmingham often plays host to the golfing elite thanks to having been the Ryder Cup venue no less that four times but now, the modern golf elite are taking over, well for a weekend at least.
When is the F0re Br0thers Belfry Tournament?
May 12-13 2024 will see the first ever F0reBrothers golf tournament take place. For those who don’t frequent the entire golf internet movement, the F0re Br0thers are probably the most dynamic golfing media brand around in the UK right now. We are ignoring the fact the four brothers play on words has been ruined by them moving down to just three brothers taking part, rest assured it has not damaged their comedy appeal in any way. The fourth brother is fine by the way, he just decided to do something else.
We spoke to the brothers in late 2023, just before they headed off to conquer the USA golftok scene, and it was clear that they were really making waves in the sports media & entertainment world (check out our interview and the brands they work with). So it was always going to be just a matter of time before they started moving into the live-events space and they have done so with a bang.
How Much Will the F0re Br0thers Tournament Cost?
A ticket for the two day event will set you back £349.00 and that includes your tournament entry, dinner and breakfast. Spaces have been limited to 120 tickets. Entrants are allowed to buy their friend a ticket at the same time to make sure that the two of you get to play together.
The Sunday will see a Stableford style competition playing in pairs. The Monday will be a Majors style tournament based around individual stroke play. As you would expect from such a connected bunch, the prizes sound epic. From clubs and clothing through to what i am sure will be some fun novelty prizes, the prize value currently stands at around £2k.
Over the weekend entrants will get 20% off all drinks and the courses will have drink stations and a BBQ on the first evening. We are betting there will be some fun challenges on the courses alongside the normal “longest drive” and “beat the pro” holes. One of the F0re Br0thers themselves are taking on the role of the “pro” in the Beat the Pro challenge and all three are taking part in the Majors competition on the second day.
Which Belfry Courses Is the Tournament Being Played On?
The Brabazon and the Derby courses will be hosting the players. The Brabazon is a Par 72, 7255 yards course and the Derby is a Par 70, 6099 yard course.
The idea has gone down a storm on their social media accounts with loads of excited comments and questions that the guys have taken the time to answer.
